Dirty room. The pictures are photo shopped. Very small rooms. Whatever you read in good reviews about this place, don´t believe it, there´s absolutely no way those reviews can be real. This is by far the dirtiest, most gross place I have ever been (and I didn´t really expect much for the price

Well done remodel on aged building. Room very modern and comfortable. Pricing is great at between US 24 to 35. Staff was personable and helpful. Room service was available, affordable and tasteful. Location is a bit outside the Bangkok central area but close to the airport. Residence has access to van to move one around the Bangkok area. It is not central Bangkok but certainly a diamond in the rough at a ‘very’ affordable price.

The hotel is scrupulously clean, the staff are just lovely and the value for money is excellent. We were here on business for two nights. I don't want this review to sound negative so if you are here to visit the university or are on business in the area its great. It isn't a tourist hotel, its just too far from any where but the airport. If you want to be closer to the airport, its 30minutes away, rather than coming from central BK and don't want to pay airport hotel prices this is ideal. The issues are, there's nothing close by, theres no breakfast until 8am and then it has to be ordered the night before. The rooms are big and clean, but my mattress had the plastic cover still in place and the pillows were really very hard and uncomfortable. So this is great value and use it as i mentioned, to be closer to the airport or if you are working in the area.

Excellent value for money, attentive staff, air conditioning in room, good shower, quiet, good views from breakfast room, near airport. You will need google maps to drive here. No restaurants within walking distance, though there is a 7/11 and small Night market. Parking space. Asian style breakfast.

Hotel is very beautiful and room is nice and clean. Only bad thing is when we come on hotel room it's so hot. Bed is little hard but we like this beds. Hotel staff is very helpful and they helps us best way they can. Airport transport work good and hotel staff take care us on airport too. Location near airport is good but it's sad market or food place is far away. If have market and restaurant more near I think it's wonderful place. Anyway recommend to come stay here before going home if want stay nice hotel where is good staff.
